Charming, passionate, and talented---we all fell hard for April Bloomfield when she came to the farm on May 9, 2015. We had fresh squeezed orange juice and flavored water on hand, and food samples included roasted carrots with carrot top pesto and fresh ricotta, and Ms. Bloomfield's savory morning buns, made with veggie filling from the farm, and baked into perfection by Claire of Claire's on Cedros. Music was provided by Prairie Sky, and it was a fun and successful event to celebrate this wonderful cookbook!
