We were enormously pleased to host David Kinch for his debut cookbook, Manresa. It was a beautiful fall day at the farm, and guests were treated to a sample of vegetable veloute from the cookbook, fresh squeezed orange juice, flavored waters, and beer tastings from Rule of Thumb Brewing. We also served caramel samples from Caramel Collective, and were selling those as well.
