On June 3, 2012, we hosted our third event in the Good Earth / Great Chefs series with Jeanne Kelley, author of the cookbook Salad for Dinner. Steve Wagner of Stone Brewery was also on hand selling copies of his book and pouring samples of some of Stone’s latest beers. Ms. Kelley prepared radicchio cups filled with a wheat berry salad, and olive oil company 36 Degrees Olive Oil donated mini olive oil samples.
