Sean Brock charmed the crowd at this popular event. Hundreds of fans gathered to get books signed, listen to bluegrass music from Box Canyon, and taste food samples inspired from Chef Brock. We served roasted suckling pig, cooked in a caja china, fried and pickled green tomatoes, creamed corn, and sauteed mustard greens. It was a beautiful day on the farm, and the event was lively and festive. Thanks to everyone for coming out!
